Um the current process or the the old process was whereby we were putting a lot of manual data in on a quotation form and we would send that to clients. Now the brief for Yassir was to automate this in some senses. Um what we what we said was that we wanted a oneclick button and it would take data from one one part of our software put it into a quote and we could send that to a client straight away. So through the inquiry stage or through the planning stage, Yassir was very clear in how he was going to support us with this, what it required, how long it would take and even when he completed uh the AI that he had set up or the automation that he had set up, there were a bit of teething issues um through the trial period and again his communication was uh was very clear. Um we were able to reach him via WhatsApp. We were able to explain to him what the issues were and he had them promptly promptly resolved and and now we're reaping the rewards of uh the work that he has done
